In 2015, Efes Kazakhstan became a silver prize-winner of 'HR-brand Kazakhstan Award' in the nomination 'Peace' arranged by HeadHunter company for the projects implemented in Kazakhstan and abroad. Our company took part in the competition for the first time, and presented its project 'Efes Quality Circles (EQC)', and received the second degree award, immediately after AES Corporation (one of global energy companies of Fortune 200 list). Thus, we outran such participants as General Electric and P&G, and continue improving the brand of Efes Kazakhstan as an employer.
Once again, it proves that Efes Kazakhstan is the best place of work, and is built by the best people.
The company has skill-upgrading and development trainings for all categories of employees from senior management to sales managers and technicians. The employees are also allowed to study remotely via Internet. In 2018, a program was launched to support a healthy lifestyle among employees. The company regularly holds solemn jubilees of its employees, who worked for 5-10-15 or more years at the company, where farewell parties are held for retirement-age employees who are retired. We encourage a family-like environment at the company so that every employee can proudly state 'We are Efes!'.
